How does the program work?

This four month subscription is designed to support you in transitioning to a whole foods lifestyle. Each month targets a different topic, starting with an introduction to nutrient-dense whole foods, then learning how to swap out refined foods from your diet, and ending with a month long sugar cleanse. By using this step by step approach, you’ll become more aware of your food choices and form new habits. This is what sets Nutrition Boot Camp apart from other “diet” programs: it equips you with the tools you need to live healthier, lose weight, and feel great, PLUS kick butt in the kitchen!

Each month of Nutrition Boot Camp consists of the following goodies:

Monthly Info Packet

A 10-12 page pdf with nutritional information pertaining to that particular month’s goal. We keep it “bite size” and make it simple. You’ll learn about topics such as portion size, the issues with dairy and soy, and which oils to use for cooking.

Ten Day Meal Plan

A whole foods diet can be delicious, easy, and stress-free! Each month you’ll get recipes for ten breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks in a meal plan that reflects a balance of protein, carbs, fats. We show you how to prep efficiently and use leftovers creatively in order to save you time in the kitchen.

Grocery Shopping Lists

Grocery shopping is so much more enjoyable with a plan. You’ll know exactly what to buy for the Meal Plan and you’ll also stock your fridge and pantry with the basic staples.
